The following tools and instruments are used: Tools: electric screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, cavity filter hex wrench, flat-line debugging screwdriver, etc. Instrument: Vector network analyzer, such as E5071C, etc. The traditional mechanical assembly process of cavity filter is as follows: the cover plate is installed in the resonator body, and the cover plate is locked on the resonator body with positioning screws; The cavity filter inserts the threaded component of the cover plate into the cover plate for the next step: the process is to debug the resonant frequency.
Due to the influence of machining errors on the physical and circuit structure of cavity filter, it is generally necessary to debug the resonant frequency. Use the hex wrench to lock the nut and tighten the adjustment screw; The environmental experiment of cavity filter includes high and low temperature impact experiment (-40℃~+85℃) and inspection. Environmental testing requirements according to the specific specifications of the product; After the surface treatment inspection is qualified, paint the surface of cavity filter (such as black, etc.) according to customer requirements. After investigation, it is found that the initial tuning of the standard cavity filter only takes 90 minutes of standard working time, and the readjustment of the standard working time of the RF cavity filter takes at least 15 minutes. Manual assembly of the cover plate and resonator requires more time: in addition, higher-order complex cavity filters are even more difficult.
